Smartphones are especially popular among younger generations who often use them late into the night resulting in poor quality restful sleep due to blue light exposure from screens which can disrupt natural melatonin production needed for healthy slumber cycles.Additionally, many workers rely on their phones for work emails thus having difficulty disconnecting after hours resulting in fatigue during daytime activities due to lack of sufficient restful slumber at night.
