This article compares the difficulty of learning Korean and Japanese, two East Asian languages with similarities in grammar and sentence structure. While they share some similarities, there are also significant differences that can affect a learner's ability to acquire proficiency in either language, such as their writing systems, phonetics, vocabulary, and cultural factors.
