The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is based on the Shueisha-published romantic comedy harem manga authored by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa, which Seven Seas Entertainment summarizes as:
Aijo Rentaro has approached a hundred girls and faced rejection every time. In his despair, he begs for guidance, only to discover that a god informs him his rejections were the result of a cosmic error! This god aims to rectify things by ensuring Aijo scores one hundred dates. However, with gods, there’s always a catch: each of Aijo’s one hundred dates is meant to be his soulmate! Moreover, if he fails to reciprocate their feelings, they will all meet disastrous—and comically unfortunate—fates!
