Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! Highlights Lloyd in Latest Visual

A new overseas visual has been revealed for the ongoing Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! TV anime series, highlighting the protagonist Lloyd and his magical abilities. The anime began streaming in Japan on selected platforms starting July 5, 2025, and will air on Japanese television from July 10, 2025.

The anime is adapted from the web novel Yusha Party o Tsuiho Sareta Shiro Madoshi, S-Rank Bokensha ni Hirowareru: Kono Shiro Madoshi ga Kikakugai Sugiru, originally authored by Sora Suigetsu on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in March 2020. Subsequently, Futabasha published the light novels with new illustrations by DeeCHA on November 30, 2020. As of June 2025, eight volumes have been released in Japan, with the three latest volumes available as digital ebooks. 
A manga adaptation by Wasabi Mukuno premiered on Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster website on January 22, 2021. Nine tankobon volumes have been published as of May 2025.

Crunchyroll is streaming Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer! globally, with the primary synopsis stating: 
“We don’t need a useless white mage.”
Lloyd, a white mage, finds himself unexpectedly expelled from the hero’s party. As he wanders, disoriented, he encounters an S-rank adventurer group in dire need of a white mage and decides to join their quest. Unbeknownst to anyone, the hero’s party disbands, allowing Lloyd to achieve fame.
This narrative unfolds the journey of an exceptional support magic user, who perceives himself as ordinary, transforming into an unstoppable adventurer.
