©2024 プロジェクトラブライブ！虹ヶ咲学園スクールアイドル同好会ムービーA new trailer has been unveiled for Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Kanketsu-hen Dainisho (Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie – Finale – Chapter 2), the second installment in a trilogy that will wrap up the Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club anime.
Audiences are treated to glimpses of Ai Miyashita’s and Mia Taylor’s performances, along with various ensemble scenes, and an element of drama as some cast members confront their concerns and conflicts surrounding their roles as school idols.
The footage also reveals that the absence of visual director credit previously held by Bocchi the Rock! character designer Kerorira has a clear reason — the character designs in this chapter diverge from Kerorira’s simpler aesthetic.
The prior year’s Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie – Finale – Chapter 1 depicted the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club receiving an invitation to the School Idol Grand Prix. While the first movie centered on Ayumu, Kasumi, Shizuku, Kanata, Ema, and Lanzhu as they journeyed to Okinawa, Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Kanketsu-hen Dainisho will focus on Setsuna, Ai, Rina, Mia, Karin, and Shioriko, featuring Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe as its primary locales. Mia’s older sister, Chloe, is also set to make an appearance.
