In addition to Bang Dream! Yume Mita, it was revealed that Mugendai Mewtype’s debut album, Progress Sign, will be released on December 24 JST. Furthermore, an animated music video for the track “Tuning” was uploaded to YouTube.
The anime was officially announced during Mugendai Mewtype’s 4th LIVE concert, Unlock the Future. The band consists of vocalist Arale Nakamachi, guitarist Nonoka Miyanaga, guitarist Ritsu Minetsuki, keyboardist Miyako Fuji, and DJ and manipulator Sengoku Yuno.

Beyond their musical endeavors, the members of Mugendai Mewtype also maintain personal YouTube channels where they hold livestreams with avatars and share song covers, reminiscent of VTubers. The band is characterized as one that bridges the virtual and the real worlds.
BanG Dream! is a multimedia “next generation girls band project” created by Bushiroad that started in 2015 with a manga series. Other forthcoming BanG Dream! anime projects include a TV series sequel to the recent It’s MyGO!!!!! and its sequel spin-off Ave Mujica, along with a movie for the latter.
