Unfamiliar with the concept of “love,” the two of them spend their nights together in a whirlwind. Meanwhile, Detective Uguisu Anko is advancing with her plot to eliminate vampires, including Nazuna. A vampire’s vulnerability is “anything they were connected to while human,” thus they all attempt to eradicate this weakness before time runs out. However, Nazuna lacks memories from her human existence. What secrets lie in Nazuna’s forgotten past? Why has Anko initiated the extermination of vampires? And what “secret” do Nazuna and Anko share? For Ko, Nazuna, and Anko, an exciting “late night” does not conclude here… a new “night” unfolds!
The second season of Call of the Night was officially announced in March 2024. Season one debuted in July 2022 and was also streamed in selected English-speaking countries outside of Japan.
