Image source: SteamThe Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE visual novel is set to debut on Steam on June 27 at 4 PM JST. Its Steam page is currently live, and users can add it to their wishlists.
As previously mentioned, the Steam release will feature support for Japanese, English, and Simplified Chinese.
PROTOTYPE, using the LUCA System engine for the visual novel, announced that in addition to compatibility with the Steam Deck and controllers, Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE will also work with tablet PCs and include support for the Steam Deck’s touchscreen.

Key‘s Summer Pockets REFLECTION BLUE is an enhanced version of the 2018 visual novel Summer Pockets that was first launched in 2020 on PC and Android, followed by releases in 2021 for iOS and Switch, and PS4 in 2022. Among its new features are the addition of a new heroine, Shiki Kamiyama, a Kato Umi route, and promoting supporting characters Miki Nomura and Shizuku Mizuori to main heroines.

Here’s the storyline, as outlined on Steam:
To help manage his recently deceased grandmother’s belongings, protagonist Takahara Hairi travels to Torishirojima during his summer vacation.
Hairi begins to acclimate to life on the island, surrounded by a natural environment more vibrant than anything he has experienced in the city.
Time flows by leisurely on this island, and as it passes, he is reminded of nostalgic memories…
During his stay, he encounters four girls.
A girl who stares out at the ocean.
A girl searching for a mysterious butterfly.
A girl seeking a pirate ship to uncover her past.
A girl residing in a tranquil lighthouse.
He makes many new friends during his time on the island.
“If only this summer vacation would never end,” he mused.
A Summer Pockets TV anime commenced airing on April 7 JST this year and is set to continue for two consecutive cours.
