Is Japan a stressed country?
Japan is a stressed country due to several factors, including cultural expectations, work-life balance, mental health issues, social isolation, technology addiction, economic instability, and natural disasters. These challenges have contributed to high levels of stress and anxiety among the population. Despite coping mechanisms such as mindfulness practices and government initiatives aimed at improving mental health services and promoting work-life balance, it is important for society as a whole to address these issues collectively. By doing so, Japan can move towards a healthier and more balanced society for all its citizens.
