It looks at the positive aspects such as instilling respect from a young age and encouraging education and extra-curricular activities. It also looks at the negative aspects such as over-emphasis on academic success, overly strict discipline, lack of freedom, and lack of emotional support. Overall it has proven successful in helping shape well-rounded individuals with strong values and good work ethics.
