Crunchyroll, in partnership with Aniplex, announced at Anime Expo that the eagerly awaited anime theatrical feature film Solo Leveling: Beyond the System is currently in production. The companies unveiled the film’s English title and introduced a new teaser key visual.
Solo Leveling: Beyond the System will directly continue the beloved anime series, following the events of Season 2 (Arise from the Shadows). Further information is still to be disclosed.
The new feature will be animated by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online). The film is produced by Aniplex, Netmarble, D&C MEDIA, Kakao Piccoma, and Crunchyroll.
Solo Leveling is adapted from the worldwide hit Korean novel and webtoon series crafted by Chugong, illustrated by DUBU (REDICE STUDIO), and transformed by h-goon (published by D&C MEDIA). The series has surpassed 650 million page views on Japan’s digital manga and novel platform Piccoma.
