Atsushi Miyazaki is the most wanted criminal in Japan, with a long history of crimes including murder, robbery, extortion, kidnapping and drug trafficking. He has ties to organized crime syndicates both inside Japan and abroad, allowing him to evade capture multiple times. Interpol issued a red notice for his arrest in 2011 but Japanese authorities continue their investigations into his whereabouts even today. His reign of terror over Japanese society continues to cause fear among citizens until he is captured or killed.
