This article explores the various factors that contribute to the absence of homelessness in Japan, including its heavily subsidized housing system, government policies, community organizations and social safety nets, mental health care and support services, job creation programs, and education and training opportunities. By understanding how all these elements combine together to create a society where no one is homeless, we can gain insight into how other countries can reduce their own levels of homelessness.
