Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days to Premiere on September 30, Announces More Cast

The upcoming Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days TV anime is set to premiere its Japanese broadcast on September 30 JST (which is effectively October 1 at 1:35 AM JST).

It was revealed that Satoshi Hino will portray Yano’s father, and Takuya Eguchi takes on the role of the teacher Omiya.

Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days is based on the romantic comedy manga by Yui Tamura. This manga follows the clumsy Yano and the overly cautious class representative who worries about his antics.

The manga has been running since 2021 on Kodansha’s Comic Days and is preparing to release its 11th volume on October 8, 2025 JST. A live-action adaptation was also released in Japan in November 2024.
