New cast members have been revealed for the ongoing The Unaware Atelier Meister TV anime series. The anime premiered in Japan on April 6, 2025 and is set to have 12 episodes.
The new cast member joining the series is Ai Kakuma as Akuri, a mysterious girl who hatches from an egg that Kurt receives as a reward for a quest. She makes her first appearance in the seventh episode.

Another new cast member, announced last week on the anime’s official Twitter/X account, is Rie Kugimiya as Hildegarde, a demon with a past connected to Kurt. She appears at the end of the sixth episode.

The series commenced streaming a week prior to its traditional TV broadcast in Japan, starting March 30, 2025.
Hisashi Ishii (I’m Quitting Heroing) is directing the anime, with Deko Akao (You Are Ms. Servant) handling the series screenplay, Miyuki Nakamura (Mr Love: Queen’s Choice co-guest character designer) as character designer, and Shunya Watanabe responsible for the music composition. EMT Squared is responsible for the animation production.
The Unaware Atelier Meister is adapted from the fantasy light novel series written by Yosuke Tokino and illustrated by Zounose. It was initially published as a light novel series by AlphaPolis on March 31, 2019 and has released 11 volumes by March 2025. The narrative was first introduced as a web novel by the publisher in 2018.
A manga adaptation by Alpha Manga, illustrated by Naharu Furukawa, commenced in December 2019. It is digitally released in English on AlphaPolis’ Alpha Manga application.
