Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc. has revealed that a special stage for the new entry in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX, will be featured at Anime Expo 2025 and Japan Expo 2025.
At Anime Expo 2025, this special stage will present an exclusive screening of Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-, alongside a discussion session with the cast and crew, and a live music performance. Among the special attendees are the director Kazuya Tsurumaki, series supervisor and co-screenplay writer Yoji Enokido, Tomoyo Kurosawa, the Japanese voice actress for Amate Yuzuriha (MACHU), and Gundam Executive Producer Naohiro Ogata from Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc. The event is scheduled to occur at the Peacock Theater on July 3rd.

During Japan Expo 2025, Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc. will host a panel that also features a film screening of Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX-Beginning- alongside a discussion where Tsurumaki, Enokido, and Mahiro Maeda (design works and one of the storyboard artists) will be present as special guests to provide exclusive insights into the series’ production. This panel will be held on July 6th at the Yuzu Stage.
An Anime Expo Badge and a Japan Expo ticket are necessary to attend the events.
