The upcoming season of Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill has unveiled a new teaser visual showcasing Fenrir Fel. Additionally, it has been confirmed that visuals of Sui the Slime and the recently introduced Dora-chan the Pixie Dragon will be unveiled later. The new season is set to launch in October.

Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill is a light novel series crafted by Ren Eguchi and illustrated by Masa. This series originated as a web novel on Shousetsuka in Narou in 2016. The light novel series started in the same year and has 15 volumes published as of May 2025. Additionally, it inspired a manga adaptation authored by Akagishi K and the spinoff Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill: Sui’s Great Adventure, created by Momo Futaba. The anime’s premiere season aired in 2023.

Currently, Crunchyroll is streaming the first season of the anime. J-Novel Club has been actively publishing the light novels and manga in digital format, while Yen Press is responsible for the print editions of both the light novel and manga.
J-Novel Club provides the following description of the series:
Mukouda Tsuyoshi was an ordinary individual in modern Japan, so when he got summoned to a realm filled with swordplay and sorcery, he believed he was about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Unfortunately, the kingdom that called for him did so by error! Not only was he not amongst the three summoned heroes, but his stats were comically low compared to theirs. To make matters worse, there was something quite dubious about this kingdom… “Ah, these people seem like they’d try to exploit the Hero,” he realized, and promptly decided to carve out his own path in this new world. The single asset Mukouda can depend on is his unique skill: the “Online Supermarket,” which grants him the ability to purchase contemporary goods in a fantastical realm. It may not assist him in battles, but if he plays his cards wisely, he could secure a comfortable lifestyle, perhaps? At least, that’s what Mukouda believes, but it turns out that the modern food acquired through this skill possesses some unbelievable effects!
