Prism☆Tours anime film, showcasing numerous musical performances and thrilling battles. The film is set to hit theaters in Japan on June 27, 2025. The trailer also hints that the film will feature four branching routes that will alter specific scenes weekly.
Masakazu Hishida (director of all previous King of Prism anime entries) is back for the new film as chief director and is also scripting under the pen name Jo Aoba (King of Prism series screenwriter). Additional team members include Mai Matsuura (King of Prism by Pretty Rhythm, King of Prism Pride the Hero, King of Prism original character designer) and Yoshihiro Otobe (King of Prism series) as CG director. Tatsunoko Production continues to oversee the animation production.
Guest character designers for the film include Shoji Hara (King of Prism -Shiny Seven Stars), Hisashi Kawashima (Wake Up, Girls!: The Movie animation director), Rie Saito (Pretty Rhythm Dear My Future character designer), Hajime Mitsuda (Kiratto Pri☆Chan season 1-3 character designer), and Sayaka Toda (Waccha PriMagi! character designer).

The latest entry in the King of Prism series, King of Prism: Dramatic Prism.1, debuted in Japanese theaters on August 16, 2024. It follows the 2020 compilation film King of Prism All Stars: Prism Show Best 10, showcasing the top 10 fan-voted Prism Shows. The King of Prism franchise derives from the Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live mixed-media project and is a component of the larger Pretty Rhythm and Pretty Series franchise.
The inaugural King of Prism anime was 2016’s King of Prism by Pretty Rhythm, succeeded by 2017’s King of Prism Pride the Hero and 2019’s King of Prism -Shiny Seven Stars.
