A new trailer has been unveiled for the forthcoming The Idolmaster Million Live! ~Itsuka, Mannaka de~ OVA, set to launch on Blu-ray disc in Japan on March 27, 2026. The trailer also revealed that pre-orders for the OVA will start from October 11, 2025 to January 22, 2026.
Shinya Watada (Gundam Build Divers, The Idolmaster Million Live! “Seven Count” supervisor) is at the helm of the OVA following his work on The Idolmaster Million Live! TV anime series, with Yoichi Kato (Duel Masters LOST Tsuioku no Suisho) returning as scriptwriter. Shirogumi is managing the animation production after contributing to the TV anime series.
The Idolmaster Million Live! anime series premiered in Japan on October 8, 2023 and wrapped up with 12 episodes on December 24, 2023. Crunchyroll subsequently streamed the series globally.
The series was first released as a three-part preview film series, featuring the first part in Japanese theaters from August 18, 2023 to September 7, 2023, the second part from September 8, 2023 to September 28, 2023, and the third part from September 29, 2023 to October 19, 2023.
