Agents of the Four Seasons (Shunkashuuto Daikosha) is adapted from the light novel series authored by Violet Evergarden‘s Kana Akatsuki and illustrated by Suoh. The initial two-part volume features the anime’s Dance of Spring subtitle, and Yen Press summarizes the first volume as follows:

Winter was once the only season in the world—but such an existence was too lonely to bear, so it created Spring to love. Soon, the earth longed for more time to rest in the cycle, leading to the births of Summer and Autumn. Those who uphold the cycle are known as the Agents of the Four Seasons. Hinagiku, the Agent of Spring, vanished from this land a decade ago, taking the season of spring with her. Now, after enduring significant trials, she has returned to restore the cycle to its rightful state—and, as per the ancient myth, she sends her love to Winter.

Ken Yamamoto (Umamusume: Beginning of a New Era) is directing the anime at WIT STUDIO.
