Crunchyroll Adds 3 New Titles, Reveals Anime Expo 2025 Panels & Premieres

Crunchyroll has revealed its schedule for this year’s Anime Expo convention, set to occur from July 3, 2025, to July 6, 2025. The plans include a variety of world premieres, which feature three newly acquired titles, guest panels, and exhibition booths.
The newly acquired anime titles are as follows:

Let’s Play

Crunchyroll has confirmed an anime adaptation of Leeanne M. Krecic’s gaming-themed webcomic that was published on WEBTOON from 2016 to 2022. A first glimpse of the series will debut at Anime Expo.
Synopsis:
Samara “Sam” Young is a developer based in Los Angeles who’s on the verge of accomplishing her dreams with her debut video game, Ruminate. However, a troubling review from a popular streamer jeopardizes everything. To make matters worse, Sam discovers that the notorious critic is now her new neighbor! Dive into a comedic, romantic, and relatable tale centered around gaming, memes, and social anxiety. Come for the storyline, stay for the adorable dog.

Merchandise based on this anime series will be sold at Crunchyroll’s booth during Anime Expo.
Synopsis:
16-year-old Yukito Kirihara resides with his 14-year-old sister Sana, whom he cherishes more than anyone. When an ogre appears outside his window searching for Sana (a shocking event in itself), Yukito rushes to protect her—and loses his life in the process. He is then offered a chance at reincarnation by a mysterious woman who provides him a character sheet within a strange book. When Yukito sees Sana listed in there as well, he embarks on a quest to find her and save them both—even if he only has 1 hp to work with!

The second booth (#2135) will showcase the Crunchyroll Store selling over 30 exclusive items, including a new Kaiju No. 8 Youtooz Vinyl Figure (Glow in the Dark Ver.) and exclusive apparel inspired by Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Shangri-La Frontier, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
