The official Twitter/X account for the upcoming BULLET/BULLET original anime series has unveiled a fresh visual showcasing several of the main characters from the original show, along with new additional cast members. The anime’s first eight episodes are set to stream on Disney+ under its “Star” brand starting July 16, 2025. The following episodes, 9-12, will be released all together on August 13, 2025.

Two more characters known as Urami and Tsurami have also been introduced, but their voice actors are yet to be disclosed.
The series is helmed by director Sunghoo Park (Ninja Kamui, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1) and is produced at his animation studio E&H production.
Additional staff involved with the series include Aki Kindaichi (Umamusume: Cinderella Gray) as series screenwriter, Takahiro Yoshimatsu (A Place Further Than the Universe) as character designer and chief animation director, Hidetaka Tenjin (Knights and Magic mechanical designer) as concept and mechanical designer, Shin Misawa (Initial D director) as car action director, Yoshiteru Tsujino (FLCL Grunge character designer) as “Gacha” designer, Fuminao Akai (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as background art director, Chikako Kamata (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Monster) as color designer, and Ju-Mi Lee (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as compositing director.

A re-edited two-part theatrical version of the anime will also be shown in Japanese theaters, with the first part set to debut on July 25, 2025, and the second to premiere on August 15, 2025.
BULLET/BULLET revolves around a crew of thieves who recover improperly seized items. They encounter a mysterious girl on the run and soon find themselves pursued by dangerous individuals after pilfering a world-altering “secret.”
