Kadokawa has unveiled a new character trailer for the upcoming Detectives These Days Are Crazy!, highlighting the vibrant personality and impressions of the main heroine Mashiro. The anime is set to premiere in Japan in July 2025.
Rion Kujo (The Legendary Hero Is Dead!, Wanna be the Strongest in the World!) is helming the anime series, with Rintaro Ikeda (Insomniacs After School) serving as series screenwriter, Isoroku Koga (Ryman’s Club co-costume designer) as character designer and chief animation director, and Tomoki Kikuya (Bocchi the Rock!) on music composition. LIDENFILMS is responsible for the animation production.

One Peace Books has licensed the manga for English release, summarizing the main premise as follows:
