Digimon Story Time Stranger Releases Anime Prelude

The anime prelude for the recently released Digimon Story Time Stranger RPG has debuted on YouTube, offering a four-minute animated addition to the game.

The anime short features the game’s theme song “wherever you are” and primarily follows Inori’s younger brother “just before the main story’s events” as he becomes entangled in a situation that affects the city. Deputymon also plays a significant role.

Digimon Story Time Stranger was launched on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam on October 3. The premise involves a special agent being inadvertently sent eight years into the past following an explosion, requiring them to “uncover the mystery of the world’s collapse, where chance encounters with unique characters will shape your journey across time and parallel worlds – and change fate itself.”

Digimon Story Time Stranger is an RPG with monster-taming elements that explores the deep bond between humans and Digimon in an epic story that unravels the mystery of the world’s collapse.
