Crunchyroll will be streaming the original version alongside the first season, Dragon Raja -The Blazing Dawn-. The synopsis for Season 1 states:

Dragon Raja II -The Mourner’s Eyes- is based on the Chinese novel series by Jiang Nan and features HANABARA Animation as the animation production studio. As noted on its Fandom page, legal challenges caused later volumes of the novel series to be published as the Dragon King series.
