Genshin Impact and Crunchyroll are partnering for a limited-time collaboration connected to the release of Version 7.0 and Snezhnaya, allowing eligible Crunchyroll members to earn exclusive in-game rewards.
The event will take place from August 12 at 9:00 a.m. PT until September 22, 2026, at 8:59 a.m. PT. It is open to both new and existing eligible Crunchyroll members in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with Cuba excluded. Free trial members are not qualified.
Players holding an active Crunchyroll Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan membership can obtain the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model gadget pet. As per the announcement, this will mark the gadget’s debut on the Genshin Impact America server, exclusively available to eligible Crunchyroll members during the campaign.

All eligible Crunchyroll members can also claim an in-game bundle that includes:
- 40 Primogems
- 3 Mystic Enhancement Ore
- 3 Hero’s Wit
- 20,000 Mora
The collaboration aligns with the August 12 launch of Genshin Impact Version 7.0, which allows players to explore Snezhnaya, the seventh nation in Teyvat.
To join, players must navigate to the Crunchyroll collaboration page and log in with an eligible membership. Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers can claim codes for both the gadget pet and item bundle, while other qualifying members will receive just the item bundle. Players may also upgrade to Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan during the campaign period to qualify for the gadget reward.
Once a code is received, players need to redeem it in Genshin Impact and will obtain the respective items via in-game mail. An Adventure Rank of 2 or higher is necessary, and the codes are only valid on the America server.
