Kotono Mitsuishi Joins Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right Anime Voice Cast

Voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi has been revealed as part of the voice cast for the upcoming Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right TV anime series, portraying the character Misuzu Kirimine. The anime is set to debut in Japan in October 2025.

Mitsuishi joins a leading voice cast that features: 

• • Minami Tanaka as Luna Ishikawa 
• • Kensho Ono as Tatsuta Otori
• • M.A.O as Eiko Sakuma
• • Ikumi Hasegawa as Misa Kusunoki

Sayaka Yamai (Dungeon People) is at the helm of directing the anime series, with Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!, BanG Dream!) on board as series screenwriter, and Takuya Tani (Mysterious Disappearances) as character designer. Feel. is responsible for the animation production. 
The anime is adapted from Kyosuke Nishiki‘s manga series, which has been serialized in Kadokawa’s Monthly Dragon Age since May 8, 2021. Eight tankobon volumes have been released as of April 2025. Kadokawa is also producing the series in English digitally through the BookWalker Global platform.

Yen Press has acquired the Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right manga for English release, summarizing the main premise as follows:
Luna Ishikawa is a dark and enigmatic vampire—or so she wishes her new classmates would think. In reality, while she is one of the not-so-mythical bloodsuckers, she doesn’t quite meet expectations. She’s short and clumsy, struggling to even suck blood properly! When her classmate Tatsuta Ootori uncovers her little “drinking problem,” he feels compelled to help out. Can he transform Luna from the small, timid creature she is into a fearsome being of the night?!
