The visual showcases each of the four main characters striking a pose (which their respective voice actors attempted to replicate in the livestream program where the new information was unveiled).

Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi is based on the manga by Aya Hirakawa. The story follows Yu, the below-average son of a renowned actress, living with the three exceptionally talented Mikadono sisters, who conceal a secret side to themselves.
