An OSHI NO KO spring visual has been unveiled to mark the Japanese public holiday Greenery Day (Midori no Hi), which is celebrated on May 4 JST.
The visual showcases MEMcho adorned with floral accessories, dressed in white, and sporting her iconic cat-mouth grin, partially immersed in nature. A video iteration contains snippets of the YouTuber and B-Komachi member sharing thoughts about the season, concluding with her wishing viewers, “Happy Spring!”

In February, it was shared that the third season of the OSHI NO KO anime adaptation will premiere in 2026. The upcoming season will take place six months after the airing of “POP IN 2,” with developments generally going smoothly for everyone. However, Kana has lost her former exuberance, and Ruby seeks to uncover the truth about Ai and Goro’s deaths.
Two teaser visuals have been revealed, and the current staff credits for Season 3 indicate that series director Daisuke Hiramaki will be in charge of the show without assistant directors Ciao Nekotomi and Kuniyasu Nishina (who held the position in Season 2).
OSHI NO KO is adapted from the manga penned by Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari (Scum’s Wish), which ran from 2020 to 2024 in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump and concluded in November 2024. Yen Press summarizes it as:
Gorou is a gynecologist and idol enthusiast who’s stunned after his favorite star, Ai, unexpectedly goes on hiatus. Little does Gorou know that he is about to create a bond with her that defies all logic!
