The series will start streaming in North America on the It’s Anime FAST Channel on Samsung TV Plus, as well as on the It’s Anime YouTube channel. The show initially aired in Japan on July 5, 2025, and is set to have a total of 12 episodes.
The first five episodes of Fermat Kitchen are scheduled to debut on August 9, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST on the It’s Anime FAST Channel on Samsung TV Plus. The sixth episode will follow on August 16, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST, with the seventh episode and all subsequent episodes available weekly starting August 23, 2025, at the new time of 7:30 AM PST.
On the It’s Anime YouTube channel, the first five episodes will be available for streaming starting August 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM PST. The sixth episode will premiere on August 16, 2025, with new episodes released every Saturday at 7:00 PM PST.
Both streaming release schedules are subject to change.
Kazuya Ichikawa (Burning Kabaddi, Touken Ranbu Kai: Doden Chikashi Haberau Monora, and Bakugan: Legends) is directing the anime, with Miyuki Kaieda (Burning Kabaddi) serving as assistant director. Takeshi Okamoto (Touken Ranbu Kai: Doden Chikashi Haberau Monora co-sub character designer) and Satsuki Kashiwagi (Touken Ranbu Kai: Doden Chikashi Haberau Monora co-sub character designer) are taking on character design and chief animation direction, while Satoshi Igarashi (Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!) is composing the music. Domerica is responsible for the animation production and is also credited with screenwriting and scriptwriting. Ichikawa is the president of the company.

The anime draws inspiration from the cooking manga series by AOASHI’s Yugo Kobayashi, which started serialization in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine on September 6, 2018. Five tankobon volumes have been published as of April 2025.
In addition, the manga inspired a live-action TV drama series consisting of 10 episodes that aired in 2023.
