©阿賀沢紅茶／集英社・TVアニメ「氷の城壁」製作委員会The TV anime adaptation of The Ramparts of Ice, which was announced in January, now has a teaser trailer and an April 2026 premiere date. Main staff and cast details have also been revealed, along with a visual.
Anna Nagase lends her voice to protagonist Koyuki Hikawa, who finds herself in the unfortunate position of being seen as intimidating; the teaser showcases that Koyuki’s frightening demeanor stems from her lack of social skills.
Alongside Nagase, the primary cast features Fuka Izumi as Koyuki’s childhood friend Miki Azumi; Shoya Chiba as Minato Amamiya, who is open and approachable, easily connecting with those who prefer solitude; and Satoshi Inomata as the thoughtful Yota Hino.
Mankyuu (The Idolmaster: Shiny Colors, The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague, Migi & Dali) directs The Ramparts of Ice at Studio KAI. The staff credentials also entail:

It achieved a special award at the 2nd Shueisha Shojo Manga Grand Prix (which involved LINE) and secured first place in Comic Natalie’s Tateyomi Manga Award 2024 in the Completed category.
Shueisha published 14 volumes under the Jump Comics banner from July 2023 to February 2025.
