Yen Audio Announces Audiobook Adaptations of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End ~Prelude~ & About a Place in the Kinki Region

Yen Press has revealed plans for two new audiobook adaptations under its Yen Audio imprint for the horror novel About a Place in the Kinki Region and the prequel novel Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End ~Prelude~.
About a Place in the Kinki Region is expected to launch in December 2025, while Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End ~Prelude~, which was just licensed by Yen Press in August, is scheduled for release in March 2026.
Yen Audio will introduce the audiobooks in Spring 2026, with the specific narrators to be disclosed later.
