The official caption accompanying the visual indicates that the upcoming film occurs concurrently with the previous year’s Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club The Movie – Finale – Chapter 1, featuring Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe as its locations. The storyline remains related to the Idol GPX (Grand Prix), and it appears that the new movie will focus on Setsuna, Ai, Rina, Mia, Karin, and Shioriko.
