The I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability TV anime series has announced that the second season will premiere on July 9, 2025. It was revealed alongside a new trailer, a key visual, and the announcement of two new cast members.

The key visual shows Lloyd and his companions readying for battle in front of a church. Behind the church is the Mysterious Priest while Jihreil stands atop the building.

I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince is a light novel series authored by Kenkyo na Circle and illustrated by Meru. It initially began as a web novel on Shosetsuka ni Naro in October 2019 and was later published by Kodansha’s Lanove Bunko in July 2020. As of April 2025, there are currently nine volumes. It has also inspired a manga adaptation by Yosuke Kokuzawa and a spin-off manga by Keiri Amamiya. Kodansha USA has licensed and is publishing the manga adaptation.
