Crunchyroll has officially revealed the complete English voice cast for the upcoming new shonen series Gachiakuta, set to premiere worldwide (excluding Belarus, Russia, and Asia, but including India) this summer exclusively on its platform. English-dubbed episodes from this post-apocalyptic quest for vengeance will start rolling out on July 6.
Gachiakuta centers around Rudo, a young outcast wrongfully accused of murder and exiled into a wasteland known as “The Pit.” After enduring his descent into this new world, he must now fight to survive against monstrous Trash Beasts while navigating a harsh environment with the hope of returning home and seeking vengeance.
The English dub features:

- Corey Wilder as Zanka
- Katie Caruso as Riyo
- Zeno Robinson as Jabber
- John Burgmeier as Regto
Gachiakuta is based on the manga written and illustrated by manga artist Kei Urana and graffiti designer Hideyoshi Andou, which began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in February 2022. It was awarded the Global Special Prize in the Comics category of the Next Manga Awards 2022.

The anime is produced by Bones Film (My Hero Academia; Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) and marks the directorial debut of emerging talent Fumihiko Suganuma. The series composition is crafted by Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan Final Season; DAN DA DAN; Chainsaw Man; JUJUTSU KAISEN; Mob Psycho 100). Satoshi Ishino (Date A Live; Tokyo Mew Mew New) will serve as the series’ character designer and chief animation director. The music is composed by Taku Iwasaki (Bungo Stray Dogs; Shin Kamen Rider).
Earlier this month, in collaboration with the Gachiakuta Anime Production Committee, Crunchyroll announced the launch of the Gachiakuta World Takeover, accompanied by various global premiere events and fan experiences.
After each episode airs, fans can listen to The Gachiakuta After Show, an audio-exclusive podcast presented and hosted by the award-winning The Anime Effect Podcast, forming part of the ongoing collaboration between Crunchyroll and Sony Music. Each episode will be available across all major podcast platforms.
