Saitama is a hero who became one for fun.
After three years of “special training,” he has become so powerful that he is nearly invincible. In fact, he is too strong—even his toughest foes are defeated with a single punch. Together with Genos, his loyal disciple, Saitama fulfills his hero responsibilities as a member of the Hero Association.
One day, monsters claiming to belong to the Monster Association suddenly appear, taking a child of a Hero Association executive hostage. The S-class heroes assemble and strategize a raid on the Monster Association’s hideout to rescue the captive. Meanwhile, Garou, a “human monster” who was taken in during a clash with the heroes, awakens in the Monster Association’s hideout.
