A new visual for the Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback film has been unveiled. This visual is a collaboration with the forthcoming Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, showcasing a tarnished and grimy Kogoro Mouri reminiscent of one of The Final Reckoning‘s posters.
The official post features the original poster for a direct comparison between Mouri and Tom Cruise:

In additional Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback updates, the 28th Detective Conan film secured the top position in the Japanese box office weekend rankings, accumulating over 11.3 billion yen (~US$76.4 million) at the Japanese box office. This achievement ranks it as the 36th highest-grossing film in the nation. However, it still falls short of Detective Conan: The Black Submarine (19th highest-grossing with 13.88 billion yen) and Detective Conan: The Million-dollar Pentagram (the 14th highest-grossing film in Japan with 15.8 million yen).
Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback premiered in Japan on April 18 JST, earning the franchise’s best opening weekend with 3.43 billion yen. The story follows the Mouri Detective Agency as they receive a call from “Wani,” a former associate of Kogoro, who mentions Kogoro’s name in relation to a case file about an avalanche that involved Kansuke.
