Dusk Beyond the End of the World Introduces 7 New Cast Members

P.A. Works‘ original anime series, Dusk Beyond the End of the World (Towa no Yugure), has revealed seven additional cast members. The series will feature an “Episode 0” prior to its premiere date on September 25, 2025 JST.

Recently, it was revealed that Japanese singer Hana Hope will perform the ending theme song, “Two Of Us.” This announcement was made alongside the release of its second trailer. HIDIVE is set to stream the series during the Fall 2025 anime season and describes the plot as follows: When rising tensions regarding AI lead to civil unrest, Akira finds himself in a dangerous situation as he shields his girlfriend from an assassin’s bullet. Centuries later, he wakes from cryogenic sleep to a strange new world. As he tries to adapt to his new environment, he forges a connection with an android named Yugure, who looks just like his girlfriend. This leads him to contemplate the meaning of love in a society where technology has altered the very essence of life.
