HIDIVE, the anime streaming service from AMC Networks, has revealed its “Summer of Dubs” today in anticipation of its presence at Anime Expo 2025. During this season, HIDIVE will launch a new selection of its beloved English dubs — covering genres from slice-of-life and coming-of-age to fantasy and romance series. The programming line-up will include a variety of English-language dubs from both new and recent simulcast shows available exclusively on the streaming platform.
HIDIVE’s “Summer of Dubs” commences on July 16 with the touching and acclaimed slice-of-life drama Flower and Asura. The programming event will proceed with the August debuts of the supernatural romance drama Call of the Night Season 2 and the coming-of-age music drama Rock Is a Lady’s Modesty, followed by the second part (Cour 2) of the supernatural historical fantasy series Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho in September.
Besides the “Summer of Dubs” series, fans can also tune in to new weekly episodes from a trio of currently ongoing English dubs, including the crowd-pleasing rom-com series 2.5 Dimensional Seduction and I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!?, along with the first part (Cour 1) of the supernatural historical fantasy series Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho Cour 1. New dub episodes of these series will be available every Wednesday.
In total, HIDIVE is set to offer fans nearly a dozen new episodes to enjoy each week throughout the summer.
