HIDIVE has revealed that the forthcoming short form anime I’m Dating a Dark Summoner will be added to its streaming roster this October. Based on the popular fantasy rom-com manga by Shaoh, the series will simulcast exclusively on AMC Global Media’s rapidly expanding anime platform, accessible to all subscribers across the U.S. and Canada as well as in key international markets such as the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Roni brings Aruni into his adventuring team. Everyone anticipated that the two would conflict and become bitter rivals. But, to their astonishment, on their first day together, they share a one-night stand…!
I’m Dating a Dark Summoner is helmed and scripted (series composition) by Seiya Miyajima (BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! PICO, Umayon, D4DJ Petit Mix), with character design by Takahiro Sasaki and produced by WWWave Corporation’s Deregula animation studio. The series features a cast headlined by Rei Takano (also known as Chiyuki Miura; Blue Archive, Shiboyugi) as Amona, Yuki Nishiyama (Ren Arisugawa Is Actually a Girl, Room of Guilty Pleasure) as Roni, and Hōden Tei Senmai as Imp.
