Voice actress Hina Yomiya is set to join the voice cast of the ongoing mono TV anime series. The series started airing in Japan on April 13, 2025, and is expected to run for 12 episodes. Yomiya will portray the character Kurokuma-sensei.

Ryota Aikei (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 assistant director) will be directing the anime, with Takuya Miyahara (Frederica opening movie, Shikimori’s Not Just A Cutie co-main animator) as character designer, and Yoko Yonaiyama (A Sign of Affection) handling the series screenplay. Soigne will manage the animation production.
Some newly announced staff members involved with the series include Naoya Morotomi (The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls U149 Episode 9 storyboard artist and director) serving as assistant director, Kisei Fujita (Encouragement of Climb: Next Summit line producer, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time co-retake manager) as animation producer, Sakura Komatsu (Blue Lock) as color designer, Takeo Ogiwara (Kawagoe Boys Sing) as composting director, and Hajime Kyakkoku (K-On!) as music composer.
Risa Fuji (Girls Band Cry) and Masanobu Nomura (Girls Band Cry) will serve as background art directors for the series.
The original 4-koma manga series is created by Laid-Back Camp’s Afro, initially serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Miracle! magazine on May 16, 2017, then moving to Manga Time Kirara Carat on December 28, 2017. Four tankobon volumes have been published as of April 2024, with a fifth volume scheduled for release on June 26, 2025. Yen Press has licensed the manga for English publication.
Satsuki Amamiya has been feeling down following the graduation of the high school Photography Club’s president. However, her best friend and fellow member An Kiriyama motivates Satsuki to commit to the newly unified Cinephoto Club. Follow Satsuki and An as they embark on a quest to find a missing camera, meet new people, and capture beautiful photos and videos along their journey.
