Meanwhile, the primary voice cast features Yusuke Kobayashi as Ikuro Hoshi and Hinano Shirahama as Sara Haizaki. 
Tetsuro Amino (Onmyouji: Heian Monogatari, Lupin the Third: The Last Job, Macross 7) is directing the anime series, with Shoji Yonemura (Shaman King 2021) serving as series screenwriter and Shingo Fujisaki (Let This Grieving Soul Retire co-character designer) as character designer. Bridge is responsible for the animation production. 
The anime is based on the “killing hotel drama” manga series by Ao Tajima, which began serialization on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry website on June 12, 2021 and has released 11 tankobon volumes as of June 2025. Anime News Network notes that the manga’s upcoming 12th volume is slated to be the final volume (via a listing on Shogakukan’s website), which will be issued in Japan on September 12, 2025.

Crunchyroll is streaming Hotel Inhumans globally, except in Southeast Asia, and describes the primary synopsis as: 
The best hotels must adhere to specific standards, including exquisite cuisine, relaxation methods, and entertainment options. Naturally, they also require top-notch weaponry, effective means to forge identities, and processes to eliminate evidence. In this hotel situated at the brink of death stand two concierges, Ikuro Hoshi and Sara Haizaki. What sort of requests will the assassins present to them next?
