A new main trailer has been unveiled for the upcoming Let’s Go Karaoke! TV anime series, showcasing the show’s theme song “HOWL.” The premiere date in Japan is scheduled for July 24, 2025.
The anime’s primary theme song “HOWL” is delivered by singer-songwriter Ayumu Imazu.
Furthermore, the official website and Twitter/X accounts for Let’s Go Karaoke! and Captivated, by You have shared two new visuals for both anime series, with the latter debuting in Japan on August 21, 2025.
Asami Nakatani (Yohane the Parhelion: Sunshine in the Mirage) is helming both series, with Yukiko Tsukahara (Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian Episode 9 co-director) serving as assistant director, Mai Matsuura (The Stories of Girls Who Couldn’t Be Magicians, King of Prism by Pretty Rhythm) acting as character designer, and Takuro Iga (OSHI NO KO) composing the music. Doga Kobo manages the animation production for both shows.
The leading voice cast for Let’s Go Karaoke! features Shun Horie as Satomi Oka, Daisuke Ono as Kyoji Narita, and Shinnosuke Tokudome as Wada.
Meanwhile, the primary voice cast of Captivated, by You includes:

Yama Wayama’s Let’s Go Karaoke! and Captivated, by You manga both consist of single-volume titles released under Enterbrain’s Beam Comics label, initially appearing as doujin. Yen Press publishes both manga in English for North America.
Captivated, by You first circulated as a doujin on February 17, 2019, before being republished by Enterbrain on August 10, 2019. It inspired a 5-episode live-action TV drama in 2021.
Let’s Go Karaoke! first emerged as a doujin on August 25, 2019, and was distributed by Enterbrain on September 12, 2020. It inspired a one-shot manga sequel in 2020 and a live-action film in January 2024.
