Video distributor and AnimEigo parent company MediaOCD has joined forces with fellow classic anime company, Discotek Media, to provide the Discotek home media catalog for direct purchase through the MediaOCD website.
This new initiative is termed Discotek Deep Dives and will start introducing 20-30 classic anime titles from the extensive Discotek Media catalog each month, with an emphasis on those that are becoming difficult to find. These Blu-ray releases will be available for pre-order for a few weeks prior to shipping.
Anime enthusiasts are encouraged to return each month for a new lineup of titles. The following have been added for January pre-order and will start shipping by mid-February:
