The series is set to commence streaming in Japan on the d Anime Store and ABEMA platforms starting July 5, 2025, followed by its debut on Japanese television stations on July 10, 2025.
The ending theme featured in the trailer is “Hikari Sasu Tobira” performed by vocalist Choucho, which was announced earlier this month.
The anime series is directed by Hiroshi Tamada (Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement), with Akihiko Inari (Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement) handling the series screenwriting, and Yuta Ito (Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement co-sub-character designer) as the character designer. Music composition is by Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Dr. Stone: New World) and Tsubasa Handa. Animation production is under Felix Film.
The anime features a principal voice cast that consists of:

- • Rina Hidaka as Yui
- • Haruka Shiraishi as Silica
- • Daisuke Hirose as Cross
- • Yuichiro Umehara as Dacgus
The series is adapted from the web novel Yusha Party o Tsuiho Sareta Shiro Madōshi, S-Rank Bōkensha ni Hirowareru: Kono Shiro Madoshi ga Kikakugai Sugiru, written by Sora Suigetsu, which first appeared on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in March 2020. Subsequently, Futabasha published the light novels with new illustrations by DeeCHA on November 30, 2020. As of November 2024, seven volumes have been released, with the two latest volumes available exclusively as digital ebooks.
A manga adaptation by Wasabi Mukuno was initiated on Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster website on January 22, 2021. Nine tankobon volumes have been published as of May 2025.
