Euphonium Season 3, has been confirmed to be a two-part event, with a Spring 2026 release window designated for Part 1. A teaser trailer for the initial part has also been released.
Sound! Euphonium is adapted from the Takarajimasha-published novel series by Ayano Takeda, which first appeared in 2013. The narrative centers around the concert band at Kitauji High School and the myriad challenges they face. Crunchyroll describes the premise of the third season as follows:
The concert band at Kitauji High School comprises over 90 members. Oumae Kumiko has assumed the role of president and strives to achieve her long-desired gold at nationals during her final high school club activities.
The first season of Sound! Euphonium debuted in 2015. In addition to the TV anime seasons, there have been film compilations for the first two seasons, the spin-off movie Liz and the Blue Bird, the film Sound! Euphonium: Chikai no Finale, and a theatrical OVA titled Sound! Euphonium: Ensemble Contest.
