Ⓒ冬夏アキハル・白泉社／「転生悪女の黒歴史」製作委員会The upcoming The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess TV anime has unveiled a main visual and a second trailer alongside confirmation of an October premiere.

Ⓒ冬夏アキハル・白泉社／「転生悪女の黒歴史」製作委員会The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess is adapted from the manga by Akiharu Touka, which started in Hakusensha’s LaLa in 2018 and has 15 volumes released as of May 2025. Yen Press outlines the plot as follows:
Konoha Satou has a dark history. After all, she spent her teenage years crafting self-indulgent fantasy romance stories akin to her Dark History. However, as she has become its most despicable villainess, recalling every last detail is now critical for survival. Having dodged the initial death flags, Satou suddenly finds herself in the dark when a mysterious stranger reemerges from the Lily Kingdom—a character she doesn’t remember writing in her original script. While Yomi claims to be her ally, can Satou genuinely place her trust in someone she knows nothing about in such a perilous world?
