With You and the Rain Reveals New Trailer & Main Theme Songs

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming With You and the Rain TV anime series, which showcases the show’s main opening theme song. The series is set to premiere in Japan on July 5, 2025, as part of the “NUMAnimation” programming block.
The main opening theme featured in the trailer is “Ame ‌to” by singer-songwriter Mamiko ‌Suzuki. Additionally, it was revealed that the show’s main ending theme will be “filled” performed by singer Kei ‌Sugawara.

Tomohiro Tsukimisato (Bikkuri-men, Ueno-san wa Bukiyou) is at the helm of directing the anime series, with Toko Machida (7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy) serving as the series screenwriter, and Ayano Owada (Bikkuri-men, Ueno-san wa Bukiyou) as character designer. Lesprit is responsible for the animation production.
Furthermore, the previously announced voice cast for the anime includes:

The anime is adapted from the slice-of-life comedy manga series created by Ko Nikaido, which has been serialized in Kodansha’s Young Magazine since August 17, 2020, and has released seven tankobon volumes as of September 2024. The English digital version of the manga is published by Kodansha USA.
