Crunchyroll aims to attract some long-term viewers with this initiative. The president Rahul Purini commented in a prepared statement, “Fans can dive deep into one series or try one episode of various series – from action to adventure, romance and more. And when they get hooked they can continue their experience on the Crunchyroll app.”
Crunchyroll emphasizes that this service will be “available exclusively” at Delta.
Previously, Crunchyroll has expanded to platforms like YouTube Primetime and smart TVs. In addition to anime, it’s aiming to engage manga readers with an upcoming manga app.
