©鈴木祐斗／集英社・SAKAMOTO DAYS製作委員会Sakamoto Days is an adaptation of the manga by Yuto Suzuki, which started in 2020 in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump and has 23 volumes as of August 2025. Viz Media summarizes the premise as follows:
Time has gone by peacefully for Sakamoto since his departure from the underworld. He’s operating a local store with his wonderful wife and child and has become a bit…unfit. However, one day an individual from his past comes to him with an irrevocable proposition: return to the assassin world or perish!
The first cour of the anime debuted in January. Netflix publishes new episodes on a weekly basis.
